Powder Coating can make an old tired set of alloys look like new in a colour of your choice! Below is a set of wheels before and after the powder coating process. To take a look at a selection of our available colours please take a look at our Sample Wheels Gallery.
The process begins by using a high powered shot blaster to remove the old worn paint. We then repair any kerbing around the rim; this can be achieved with light sanding in most cases. If heavier repair work is required we can use a high temperature chemical metal filler; this is charged per wheel. Once prepared the wheels are then powder coated and finished with a clear lacquer for extra protection.
If your wheels still have the tyres fitted we can remove, refit and rebalance them once your wheels are finished.
